Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the Terms) govern access to and use of the SUJIK AI service available at https://sujik.ru.

The service is operated by the operator of SUJIK AI, taxpayer ID (INN) 246515637804. Contact: sujik.team@sujik.ru.

By signing up, signing in or otherwise using the service, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them.

The service provides in-browser tools for generating and editing images, videos and texts, including generation from a text description, background removal and replacement, upscaling and retouching.

Some features may require signing in, an active quota, a paid plan or a package of units.

For full access the user creates an account and provides accurate information. The user is responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials safe and for all actions taken from their account.

The service is intended for persons aged 18 or over. By signing up, the user confirms that they meet this requirement.

The user agrees to comply with the law and not to use the service to create, store or distribute illegal content, including sexual content involving minors, calls for violence, extremism or content that infringes the rights of others.

It is prohibited to try to bypass technical limits, interfere with the operation of the service or use it in ways that create excessive load or harm other users.

The operator may restrict or terminate access if these Terms or the law are violated, or if there is a risk to the service or third parties.

Images created or processed by the user in the service are available to the user for personal and commercial use, unless the law or third-party rights provide otherwise.

The user is responsible for the lawfulness of source files, prompts and any further use of the result, including the rules of the platforms where it is published and rights to trademarks, people and objects shown.

The service does not add watermarks to final images. By default, user images are not used to train public models.

The user may connect their own account on a third-party platform, such as TikTok, and publish a video created in the service to it. A post is published only after the user fills in the posting form and presses the Post button.

The user is responsible for the content of the published video, its caption and the chosen settings, and for complying with the platform's rules: the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, commercial content disclosure requirements and third-party rights, including rights to music and to images of people.

The platform may reject, restrict or remove a post under its own rules; the operator is not responsible for such decisions or for the operation of the third-party platform. The platform account can be disconnected at any time in the profile.

Paid features are provided under the plans and packages published on the website. Current prices and limits are shown on the pricing page and in the user's account.

After signing up, a free quota tier may be available without adding a card. The terms of the free tier may change.

Unused paid units and packages that have not been activated may be refunded within 14 days upon request to sujik.team@sujik.ru, provided they have not been spent. Disputes about the quality of a specific result are reviewed upon request.

The service is provided "as is". The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy of results or fitness of a result for any particular purpose.

The operator is not liable for losses caused by the user's actions, failures of communication networks, payment processors or restrictions of third-party platforms, except as expressly provided by law.

The operator may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the service after publication means acceptance of the new version.
